Recently Newsearch had the opportunity to support Vincit in their office search process in Stockholm 🤝

Following a successful previous office search project together, this time the focus was on evaluating both flexible coworking solutions and traditional office spaces across a broad search area with a large number of alternatives — while also reducing costs and maintaining flexibility beyond standard long-term lease structures.

After many comparisons, viewings and discussions along the way, the final choice landed on United Space!
